But after the 3rd or so time of doing this, it got so much easier to do, and my legs aren’t burning much. I should be doing one of your more advanced leg workouts, but I don’t want to go on just yet bc the last one truly still is a killer. This will be my experience during this, so if you don't see as much, or see more, progress than I show, it's because everyone is different through genes, such as some have more stubborn thighs, yet, some may get rid of fat easily. Day 1 – 1/18/19 After just finishing the workout, I can say, the time just flew by. Though I felt burn during the exercises, it didn't burn much after. I currently weigh in at around 90 pounds, only looking for belly and thigh loss, and I'm a short five-footer. Day 2 – 1/19/19Feeling the same, but a bit tenser. Day 3 – 1/20/19I am feeling a lot tenser/tighter in the thigh region, it seems to be working. Day 4 – 1/21/19Today I feel as though I didn't push myself enough, meaning, I didn't feel much of a burn in my thighs. (My solution to this was to work even harder the next day.) Day 5 – 1/22/19I feel so much better than yesterday. My legs feel firmer and more condensed, and I'm starting to see results in the thigh gap! Day 6 – 1/23/19My thighs are getting noticeably slimmer, not by much, but they are! I have lost almost three whole pounds so far! I'm still so motivated to go on! I'll keep updating until I get what I'm looking for! Day 7 – 1/24/19I love this video. It has been a full week so far and I'm still motivated! I have always failed to complete these, I couldn't even do one! But now I'm doing three of your tutorials and I'm still so motivated! I will also start to run when it gets warmer! Day 8 – 1/25/19Something strange happened when I was working out, my foot suddenly started to tingle and was mostly paralyzed for a few seconds, it started to curl up and hurt if I didn't flatten it (I was doing the right ballet kicks) this has never happened before. It was very immobile and felt very weak… What just happened? Day 9 – 1/26/19Seeing better results… Staying off my foot a bit' more now. Day 10 – 1/27/19My foot is feeling way better!
