I have a question. I have been doing your workouts for a while now and I love them. In the process though I have definitely gotten stronger, and I feel better, but at the same time I have literally gotten bigger and gained weight. I thought the weight training would be good to be leaner? I also thought women generally don't bulk up. I eat a clean diet and keep track of my macros so I am not sure why this is happening.
I love the pain you put me through. This was a great work out. Thank you to both of you.

Brutal workout
Great workout guys! My tush STILL hurts from the "easy" workout using the towel! One question, do you have any workouts that have the warm up, workout and cool down all in one? If not, is that something that's in the works for the future? Love you guys and your workouts.

Quick question: when I am doing some of the exercises in this workout (eg: DB bent over row @ 6:00 min), I am experiencing pain at base of neck where neck meets shoulder..can it be because I am doing the exercise wrong?

I have a question…I'm on the first week of the muscle building program, and following the meal plan too… should I expect to gain some fat along with the muscle? I'm used to doing 40 minutes of brutal cardio 4 times a week, so it feels like It. If so, would it be detrimental to my brand new muscle mass if I started a period of intermitent fasting or a low carb diet once I finish the program, while intensifying the cardio again, to lose the excess fat?

I use your app to follow my 30 day muscles building routine. I have limited time to exercise and this feature along with the app was a time saver for me. Please get it back!!!!

Hi Coach! I started with the muscle building program to strengthen my muscles and increase muscle mass due to the loss of so much muscle mass. I haven't completed the program to its entirety yet, but once I do a few rounds of it what program do you recommend I go to next?!?! Thank you ๐ค

I'm feeling some pain and tension in my low back while doing the barbell exercises, do you think it's bad or maybe it is just because I don't use to do this kind of exercises?? Thak you for always motivate!
on day 15 of the hero 2.0 and day 40 of the stronger 90… def notice the difference than from within the muscle building program which i did about 3 times… these new programs are the jam!

My knee aches during and after squats (upto a week or so, but it is not very painful). Should I suck it up and continue doing the squats or avoid it or correct my posture? What is an alternative exercise I can do in place of the squats?
