I have been doing your workouts for a while now and I love them. In the process though I have definitely gotten stronger, and I feel better, but at the same time I have literally gotten bigger and gained weight. I thought the weight training would be good to be leaner? I also thought women generally don't bulk up. I eat a clean diet and keep track of my macros so I am not sure why this is happening. I'm used to doing 40 minutes of brutal cardio 4 times a week, so it feels like It. If so, would it be detrimental to my brand new muscle mass if I started a period of intermitent fasting or a low carb diet once I finish the program, while intensifying the cardio again, to lose the excess fat?Thanks for the awesome workouts and all your help!
