Back To School Full Body Workout | 2018


– What’s up, it’s Chris Heria. Welcome to another video. Today I’m gonna be showing you guys a back to school work out. So around this time, a lot of you guys are going back to school,
and for people living this type of lifestyle,
it may be difficult to consistently program your routines for specific muscle groups for each day, which is why full body workout routines are gonna be highly effective. See, when programming workout
routines for each day, if you’re not consistent,
it may take over a week to stimulate each individual
muscle group again based on your workout schedule. For example, if Monday is
your back and bicep day and you miss next Monday’s workout, who knows how many days are gonna pass until you stimulate your
back and biceps again. That’s why doing full body workouts often will ensure that you’re coming
back to those muscle groups and stimulating them frequently. And with less rest time
between muscle activity. Here’s an example for you guys. After seven days of muscle inactivity, of not working out, you’ll start to notice a decline of muscle structure, strength, power, and coordination due
to the lack of blood flow and oxygen that your muscles normally get from consistently working out. Now, the perfect solution for all of this is the Heria Pro app. With the Heria Pro app,

lot of the functionalities. That’s because this update of the app will be coming out September first. So as soon as that update drops, you guys are gonna have access for all my workouts in real time. So we’re gonna get into this full body back to school muscle
builder workout routine. We’re gonna be using a lot
of compound exercises today that are great for burning
fat as well as building muscle simultaneously, and one
of my favorite exercises for that is the first
exercise we have today. That’s burpees, let’s go
ahead, start the workout. Burpees, we’re going for 20 reps. Let’s go for it. (energetic electronic music) Hoo! (panting) There you go, burpees. One of my favorite exercise. This is a great move for
getting into explosive training working on your explosive strength and just overall getting more athletic. It requires a lot of energy
to perform that exercise so that exercise will make
you extremely disciplined as well as it being highly effective. And speaking of explosive
training, (panting) next exercise, explosive push ups. 15 reps, pushups, 20 reps right after. So let’s go ahead, hit burpees, let’s put in how many we did. 20, there we go. Let’s get it. (energetic electronic music) (panting) Do a couple extra. Alright, let’s see what we got next. So we just went into fat burning, high intensity, cardio, chest, triceps. And put how many reps you actually did. I think I did 22 push ups. (panting) Next we’re gonna go into back, biceps. One arm pull ups. Then we have muscle ups, pull ups, and then it’s gonna be toes to bar. I’m gonna try to put
them all into one set. So let’s go for one arm pull ups. (claps) (energetic electronic music) ♪ Heria Music ♪ ♪ Heria Music ♪ Woo! (grunts) My arm’s about to fall off. (panting) Alright, let’s plug that in. (panting) That’s a crazy little set right there. So for one arm pull ups,
I did one on each arm, so put in two. Muscle ups, I don’t know how many I did. Let’s just put eight. Pull ups, I’m not sure how many I did. Let’s just go ahead and put in 12. Toes to bar, I think I did 10. Alright, the next move is gonna be legs goblet squats with a dumb bell. You can do it with your book bag, you can literally do it with anything. Just hold something in your hands, you’re good to go. (energetic electronic music) Woo, God, alright. (panting) Let’s go, I think we got the last move. Yeah, last move. Let’s go ahead and put those
goblet squats, 20 reps. Last move, wall walks, let’s get it. (energetic electronic music) Hoo, man, that’s a
killer move right there. It’s a lot harder than it looks. But, that’s the first round of your back to school
full body workout routine. So let’s go ahead and plug
in four reps. (panting) Of course, if you don’t
know how to do the moves, guys, you can always click the exercise, and there’s always gonna be a video to show you exactly how
these moves are done. Alright, so let’s go ahead, finish our routine,
boom, that’s round one. So as you can see, I have round two, I have round three left,
then I finish that workout. Once you finish the
workout, it’s gonna give you a survey of everything
you just went through and then it’s gonna put it over onto your statistics page, over here. So you’ll be able to see
