Smooth the naso-labial folds, tone the neck and raise

the corners of the lips as far as possible. Another 5 seconds 🙂 Release by blowing through your lips. Lips closed, smile as much as you can without discovering the teeth. Place the hand flat on the base of your neck and then
firmly stretch the skin toward the chest. Slowly tilt your head back and direct your gaze
toward the top of skull. Remove the hand from your neck and count to 3. Return to the initial position and repeat the movement 15 times. Direct your gaze to the top of your head when
you are toppling your head back. Keep lips stretched into a wide smile for the whole
duration of movement. You should feel the muscle that raises up
toward the chin and gains in density. Keep your forehead and whole face relaxed. Keep the lips stretched in a wide smile,
without discovering the teeth. Hold on the skin at the basis of neck
when you tilt the head back. You should feel the muscle that raises up
