There's plenty of ways. First of all, make sure you get enough carbs before the workout. If you can't manage to get to 12 for 4 sets, then you should use lighter weights. I'd recommend pushing yourself so you exhauste your muscles to get to 12 tho, but decrease the sets to 2-3. Also, if you use the treadmill before your workout(for 10+ mins), that will affect your stamina in weight lifting.

Are you supposed to be able to do 12 reps for each set you do? Because I do 4 sets and I can do 12 on the first two but after that I can't get to 12.
if u do 4 0r 6 make sure ur weight is heavy weight and for 12 or 25 reps ur weight shud be moderate
