First of all, make sure you get enough carbs before the workout. If you can't manage to get to 12 for 4 sets, then you should use lighter weights. I'd recommend pushing yourself so you exhauste your muscles to get to 12 tho, but decrease the sets to 2-3. Also, if you use the treadmill before your workout(for 10+ mins), that will affect your stamina in weight lifting.
