How to Throw a Halloween Party for Teens : Healthy Food Ideas for Teen Halloween Party

Hi, I’m Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert
Village I’m here today to show you how to throw a Halloween party for teenagers. So
what can you do to make sure that your teens guest are not drowning in a sea of processed
chocolate and other candy? Well there are a couple of things you can do to provide some
healthy alternatives at your party. One of those are something like caramel apples you
have a nice fruit inside and still sweet and fun to eat you can also do a bunch of home
baked alternatives. Pumpkin pie, pumpkin cupcakes, both of those are going to be more healthy
than the processed candy you’re going to get at the store, you can always provide some
veggie trays. A lot of people are going to appreciate that some teens struggle with weight
and there’s also some ledge of connections between candy and your completion as well.
So it’s nice to be able to provide some of those healthy alternatives for your guest.
If you don’t you may have some guest who don’t eat as much if anything cause they don’t want
to be gorging themselves on just eating candy all night long. Then they may eat early because
they didn’t have anything to eat so it’s good to keep in mind other guest taste and once
more it’s probably better for you to, to be more healthy and what you’re eating at your
party.
