Today we are going to make the most requested healthy recipe video for kids . Its a very simple 3 ingredient recipe . Your kids will surely love this healthy and tasty snack . I would suggest you give this to kids who are one year old and above . So Let’s get started … Ingredients: Egg …I prefer country eggs over broiler eggs for a healthy snack . sweetening agent for the dish … I prefer Palm sugar (powdered) over sugar . Third and last ingredient : Cow’s Milk . Its healthy if you could manage to get some direct farm fresh milk . Egg -1 Milk – 100 ml Palm sugar powder – 1 tsp Let’s add all the three ingredient and beat it well . The more you beat the more softer is your pudding . This snack is not only for toddlers and kids but can be eaten by elders as well . If you are making this recipe for elders , you can add a pinch of cardamom powder or vanilla essence for its flavour . For toddlers i would suggest you give them before dusk .
