Dances I never even heard of I enjoyed learning how to do them seated. Im a chair dancer anyway (so uncoordinated, 2 left feet lol) and staying in the seat dancing is safer for me and anyone in my path. LOL!! Keep'em comin and Ill keep working out with u.
