My friend told me the "Tap-Out" workout has the T-Push-Ups without the weights. So I would say, do all the exercises with the weights, except the T-Push-Ups, because like you, I had trouble with the T-Push Up and I was using 15Lbs weights. Over the past few years I've seen so many versions of this workout and this is definitely the best in my opinion. I added a squat to the dumbell push-press and also extended onto the balls of my feet to stretch the calf for a little added movement. I would occasionally include some corkscrew bicep curls into the routine as well. just to better cover all the bases. I love this circuit.
