everyone on today’s video I’m going to talk about what I eat in my home a diet to lose 10 kilogram so the first food that I’m going to make is quick cooking oatmeal so I have the Quaker brand quick cooking oatmeal here it’s about 35 grams and then I have stevia from Tropicana slim and this is whole ground flaxseed 1 tablespoon and some cinnamon powder so I will usually combine all of these first before cooking them so this is the Black Sea and then the stevia and I will put the cinnamon powder last after cooking up so now I’m going to put my oatmeal into the boiling water [Music] [Applause] and then I will let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes so this is my oatmeal with black C and C BIA and I’m Jessica at the dash of cinnamon powder okay it’s enough I’m going to fry and a please olive oil this inside this extra virgin olive oil is actually olive oil because my mum transferred them into this extra virgin olive oil bottle and then I’m just going to make a very simple sandwich so I need two whole wheat bread from sorry coffee and I’m just gonna fill it with 1/8 [Music] next I’m having a low-fat milk which is from Tropicana sling and I have one serving right here I put it inside a container and I’m going to drink it later with my tiny stars this is only 70 calories for a small cup of honey stars without the milk so inside the honey stars a real box just now they gave me a pack a very small pack of five stars and then this is like an instant milk from Dan cow Nestle but I don’t like it so I’m going to use the milk that I got from Tropicana stream just now the low-fat vanilla milk [Music] I also got a small snack here from feet gar this is like only 90 calories so these are all the food that I eat in my OMA diet and these are only under 1,000 calories so the first food that I’m going to eat is of course the honey stars because I don’t want them to get very soggy later I really like the low-fat vanilla milk from from Tropicana stream because it tastes it’s so good [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] now I’m going to have my oatmeal [Music] [Music] but all a lot of people actually don’t like to eat oatmeal but I find Old Mill pretty delicious next is the sandwich that I mean with only 1/8 inside but as long as the reassemble abathur it is that very good already [Music] and next I’m going to have this fit bar it’s actually very important for you to eat very slowly when you’re on a diet so that you can you know enjoy all the foods that you’re going to eat only at least Roman for the entire day and you need to eat slowly so that your tummy actually gets fuller this is so good I don’t eat like this every single day like I don’t stick to the same food I just like to you know stop up a bit so that I don’t get bored as long as I don’t exceed 1000 calories that’s what I do in my home and diet but when I’m feeling very hungry it’s fine to exceed 1000 calories sometimes but I make sure to exercise [Music] [Applause] [Music] so I’ve basically finished everything in one sitting and that’s it for minds what I eat in my home at diet so that’s it for today’s video I hope you enjoyed this video and don’t forget to subscribe to my channel if you haven’t yet and also hit the like button and share it with your friends [Music]
